Datin Christina Toh

President of Malaysian Association of Hotels (MAH)

Datin Christina Toh began her career in hospitality at Holiday Inn Penang and later joined the Regent Hotel Kuala Lumpur. With over 30 years in the industry, she is known for her strategic leadership and dynamic style. She joined Dorsett Kuala Lumpur as General Manager in 2001, became Area GM in 2017, and now serves as Chief Strategy Officer (SEA) for Dorsett Hospitality International.

A respected figure in the industry, Datin Christina has been on the Malaysian Association of Hotels (MAH) Board since 2002 and made history in 2022 as its first female President, now serving her second term. She also sits on the Board of Tourism Malaysia and holds key roles in ASEAN tourism bodies, including Treasurer of ASEANTA and 2nd Vice President of AHRA. Datin Christina holds an MBA in Hospitality Management and the Certified Hospitality Administrator (CHA) credential, with numerous accolades recognizing her contributions to the hotel and tourism sector.

Su En Kam combines a background in management consulting with a Master’s in Child Psychotherapy. She is the founder of Hammam Spa, Malaysia’s first Moroccan-inspired bathhouse, and co-founder of Aura Regen Clinic, an integrative wellness centre. As President of the Association of Malaysian Spas (AMSPA), she is dedicated to positioning Malaysia as a leading global wellness destination and is actively building an integrated ecosystem that bridges traditional spas, modern science, and community care. Ayu SPA experience begin in 1996 with Mandara Spa ouched directly by the Mandara Spa Owner and President Mr. Jeff Matthews and work for 11 years. Ayu move on   with Jamu Spa at The Andaman Langkawi, where she is reporting direct to the Founder and Director of Jamu Spa Jeanine Caroll. Equipped with professional training from Tririan Australia in the Executive Development Programme and a certified from Cornell University, USA in Executive Development Program majoring in Spa Management Ayu set up her own company offers consultation in spa set-ups and management as well as providing spa amenities, equipment and product for Spas and Resort thought out Asia and Stoutest Asia and carry on running her own 4 spas. She was also engaged with IBD (UTM) lectering for the 3 days Spa Management Course for 5 years.
