ASWC Delegate Pass Terms & Conditions
Organised by Spaveda Solutions Effective as of June 2025
1. Definitions
“Organiser” refers to Spaveda Solutions.
“Delegate” or “you” refers to the individual or group purchasing and attending the Asia Spa & Wellness Convention (ASWC).
“Event” refers to ASWC held on 21st – 23rd July 2025 in Malaysia.
“Pass” or “Ticket” means the ASWC Delegate Pass purchased via the official booking form or website.
2. Booking & Payment
Your booking is considered an offer to attend and is only confirmed once the organiser issues an official confirmation email.
Prices for Individual and Group Passes are listed in the booking form and may be subject to Malaysian SST (Sales & Service Tax) where applicable.
Payment must be made in full at the time of booking unless otherwise arranged with the Organiser.
3. Delegate Pass Use
Each pass admits one person only and is valid for day of the event that you have purchased for.
Group Passes are available for bookings of 4 delegates in one transaction and must be from the same organisation or institution. Group rates are displayed in the booking form.
The pass is non-transferable, except with written approval from the Organiser at least 48 hours before the event.
Confirmation email must be presented at the registration counter to collect your pass.
4. Cancellations, Substitutions, and Event Changes
No refunds will be provided for cancellations made by delegates.
Substitutions are allowed within the same organisation if requested at least 48 hours before the event.
If the Event is cancelled by the Organiser for reasons within its control, a full refund will be issued.
If the Event is postponed, your pass remains valid for the new dates. Should you be unable to attend the new dates, you may request a refund within 14 days of the postponement notice.
If the Event is cancelled or delayed due to force majeure (including but not limited to pandemic restrictions, natural disasters, or government actions), refunds are not guaranteed but may be offered at the discretion of the Organiser. In such cases, liability is limited strictly to the value of the delegate pass.
5. Code of Conduct
Delegates must conduct themselves respectfully at all times and comply with event rules, venue policies, and directions from event staff.
Spaveda Solutions reserves the right to remove any person acting inappropriately or breaching safety or professional standards.
By attending, you consent to being photographed or recorded for documentation and future promotional purposes.
6. Liability & Indemnity
The Organiser will not be held responsible for any loss, injury, damage, or expenses arising from attending the Event, except where caused directly by gross negligence or wilful misconduct.
The total liability of the Organiser is limited to the amount paid for the delegate pass.
Delegates assume all risks associated with travel and participation.
You agree to indemnify the Organiser against any claims, losses, or damages arising from your actions at the event.
7. Data Protection
All personal data will be processed in accordance with Malaysia’s Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA).
By registering, you consent to the collection and use of your data for event-related communication and administration.
Data may be shared with third-party service providers or partners solely for event logistics and communication.

8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia.
Any disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the Courts of Kuala Lumpur, unless consumer protection mechanisms apply.
